FAQ - Delivery

When will be my order delivered?

PostNL delivers the orders within 2 business days. In most cases, you will likely receive your order one day after your order had been placed (except Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays). If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer or direct debit, your order will be sent after a payment arrives. This usually takes 1-3 business days. 

Do you deliver on Sundays and holidays? 

No, unfortunately we do not deliver on Sundays and on Holidays.

What happens when nobody is at home during delivery? 

If you are not home at the time of the delivery, PostNL will visit you once again. If the courier misses you again, then you will receive a message to pick your order up at the nearest PostNL collection point. You accept that we send the orders with chilled items as quickly as possible, but that you have the responsibility to provide an accurate address and to be available there, or to arrange someone to be available to take the parcel for you and place the cooled products in a fridge.

Can I specify a time for delivery? 

No, unfortunately this is not possible. If you are busy during day time, you can ask the order to be delivered at a package point, so that you can pick it up in the afternoon hours.

The package is not complete or damaged, what now?
