Delivery Info

The Vegan Mission's webstore prices include VAT and packaging costs, but exclude shipping costs. Minimum order value: 1.- € Including VAT  and excluding shipping costs. We use a no print policy, which means that we send only electronic invoices to customers. If you want to get a printed copy of your invoice, you can ask from us vie email. (Please request it before your order has been sent.)  info[at]veganmission.nl

Shipping prices in the Netherlands

Orders between €1,00 and €20,00 €7,89

Orders above €20,00:

- Regular €5,99 

- Pakjegemak €5,99 (Sending to a post pick up point) 

- Registered €6,49

- Evening Delivery €7,49 18:00 - 22:00 (Not overal available!) 

Orders above €100 are Free of Charge.

Delivery

Because all products are delivered from our own stock, we try to ship your order within 3 working days after receipt of payment. Generally, all orders will be shipped the same day on working days, provided they are ordered before 3:00 PM. (Most of the time it takes about 24-36 hours, depending on the day and time of the order.) Otherwise we strive to complete each delivery within 5 working days. We ship with TNT/PostNL. PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 to 21.30. The order will be offered for you twice. In case you are not at home, then the package is handed to one of your neighbors. If that is not possible, then the next day it will be offered again. If you're not at home by the second attempt, then the order can be picked up at the nearest post office. (The temperature of the cooled products can be guaranteed only till the first delivery attempt, that's why is important that you are aware of the delivery time of your order - you receive a link with a track&trace code in it, after your package has been shipped).

If you don't want that we send your package on Friday afternoon, then leave a message with your order during the ordering process!

 

FREE DELIVERY IN ROTTERDAM & SURROUNDINGS

From 1st of January in 2017 there is a free delivery option in Rotterdam and in a couple of other nearby cities. This option appears during check uit if you entered one of these cities as shipping address: Rotterdam, Schiedam, Vlaardingen, Delft, Delfgauw, Berkel en Rodenrijs, Rodenrijs, Pijnacker, Nootdorp, Bergschenhoek, Capelle aan den Ijssel, Krimpen aan den Ijssel and Den Hoorn. Unfortunately we can't make any exceptions. Though you can still come to pick up your order in Rotterdam. The minimum order value is 25 euro (inclusive VAT). In the beginning period orders are going to be delivered three times per week, on Tuesday and Friday evening, between 6.00 and 8.30 PM and on Wednesday between 10.00 AM and 3.00 PM.  This last option is convenient for people who don't live in the city, but they do work here in the office hours. Please leave a comment during checkout with your preference. Otherwise your package will be delivered during the next delivery evening between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM.

Lately we had so many problems with the local orders without a telephone number, that we have to make this decision out of necessity. Thank you for your understanding!


Alternative Address - Pickup

On the check out page when you fill in the data, you can specify an alternative address, if you want the order to a different address to be sent. It is also possible to pick up your order, in this case no shipping costs apply. The pickup address is: Stuttgartstraat 34-36, 3047ASRotterdam. Pick-up hours are flexible. Leave your preference in a note or via e-mail. If you choose the pick-up option, then you get an email from us once the payment is received. From that moment you can pick up your package.


Confirmation

After your order has been placed in Vegan Mission's store, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order is then prepared for shipping. You will receive an email from us when your package is ready for delivery, in this email you will also find the track and trace code.
