Macaroni with Alfredo Sauce
Vegan Mac & Cheese Alfredo White Sauce. The italian classic dish in vegan style.

Macaroni * (durum wheat semolina *), cassava starch *, salt, rice flour *, lupin flour *, pea protein *, spices *, locust bean gum *, citric acid
* = organically grown
-Boil 1,5 L water.
-Add pasta and cook until done (6-8 min.) with a pinch of salt, stirring occasionally.
-Drain pasta. Do not rinse. Return pasta to pan.
-Mix into pasta: Cheez mix, 20g plant-based butter or margarine, and 200ml unsweetened non-dairy milk.
-Heat over low heat, stirring continuously for 1-2 minutes.
-For thinner sauce add more liquid.
