Sole - Basil Pesto
A delicious and tasty vegetable pesto made from cashew, extra virgin olive oil and Genovese basil. Absolutely recommended. Enjoy with pasta or salads.
The pesto must not be boiled or heated. This will affect the taste and color of the pesto. Mix the pesto with a few tablespoons of hot water and the pasta. Serve the pesto with pasta, lasagne or gnochhi.
