Terra Vegane - Macaroni with Alfredo White Sauce
Vegan Mac & Cheese Alfredo White Sauce. The Italian classic disch in vegan style.
1.Boil 1,5 L water.
2.Add pasta and cook until done (6-8 min.) with a pinch of salt, stirring occasionally.
3.Drain pasta. Do not rinse. Return pasta to pan.
4.Mix into pasta: Cheez mix, 15g plant-based butter or margarine, and 125ml unsweetened non-dairy milk.
5.Heat over low heat, stirring continuously for 1-2 minutes.
6.For thinner sauce add more liquid.
