Vegablum - Honey Alternative Dandelion Ginger
The homemade honey alternative made from dandelion is probably one of the best-known varieties from domestic cuisine. It has been made according to grandma’s home recipe for many decades.
The floral taste is directly reminiscent of the bright yellow flowers of the dandelion, which we all have known from childhood. The flowers should be harvested before they turn into dandelions. But not too fast either, because the bees need the nectar for their honey beforehand!
In this variant, we have refined dandelion with ginger, so it gives the honey a very special taste.
The dandelion-ginger honey variety is particularly suitable in the kitchen, e.g. B. for salad dressings, sauces and to refine desserts.
Ginger has a slightly hot and spicy taste.
