Biovegan Curry Sauce
Fruity-spicy organic plant-based curry sauce of Biovegan. A rendezvous between spicy flavors and fruity pineapple and mango notes. The exotic spice of Asia goes well with fried tofu, rice and vegetables. Easy and quick, this sauce completes every dish.
Preparation: Stir the contents of the bag into 250 ml of cold water. Bring to the boil while stirring, add 1 teaspoon of margarine or 1 teaspoon of vegetable cream and continue to cook for 1 minute with low heat, stirring occasionally. Refine with a dash of red wine as desired.
Tip: For a particularly creamy sauce, stir the contents of the bag into a 250 ml soy drink with a whisk and prepare according to the package instructions.
Idea: Grilled tofu and vegetable skewers with rice and warm pineapple. In addition BIOVEGAN curry sauce, mhmm ... just delicious!
